Black tea
Our top mountain green tea is much more oxidized than every other. It’s more powerful than other oxidized tea. For moderate and lower quality renders the CTC (Crush, Tear, Curl) method is much more efficient. An orthodox procedure is for processing high-quality leaves either by machine or hand. Hand procedure is highly favored for keeping up the high quality and its own mix for many decades.
